Purchase of Government Publications with Online Payment

The Government Bookstore offers you efficient and round-the-clock service seven days a week for purchasing a wide range of Government publications on different subjects including the Laws of Hong Kong, codes of practice, Government Gazette, statistical and other reports, and curriculum guides, etc.

After entering the Government Bookstore, you can browse the long list of publications, place orders and make payment in one go. The Bookstore accepts credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB or UnionPay), PPS, Faster Payment System (FPS) and the Mainland China’s Licensed Digital Wallets (Alipay/WeChat Pay/UnionPay App) for payment. Once payment is confirmed, users can print the official receipt for record. The purchased items can be delivered by post or collected in person at the sales counter of the Publications Sales Unit.

Upon receipt of an order, we will inform you by post/fax/email of the cost of the publications and postage required and send you an invoice upon request. The purchased items will be delivered by post after we have received your payment.

Sales Counter

A sales counter is located at the Publications Sales Unit in Room 626, 6/F North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The most popular items, including codes of practice and Government Gazette, are available there. Customers are advised to call the unit to make sure the books are available before making the trip there.
